I do not work with victims.

I work with decision-makers.

Experienced Health & Wellness Mentor

HI. I’M SUZAN.

For years, I didn’t set out to become a performance strategist.

In my twenties and thirties, I didn’t obsess about health. I lived. I worked. I carried the same quiet insecurities many women do about weight and image, even when there was little reason. Migraines arrived in my mid-thirties, but I still didn’t yet understand what the body was trying to say.

My journey began almost accidentally in 2002. What started as distributing organic hemp foods became a health store. Behind that counter, over twenty years, I witnessed something most doctors never see long enough to connect.

High-performing men began to quietly decline.

Not dramatically. Subtly. Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

They brushed it off as age. Or stress. Or “just the way it is now.”

BUT I SAW PATTERNS…

AND I SAW SOMETHING ELSE…

EMBARRASSMENT.

No man wanted to admit he felt slower.

No man wanted to be seen as weak. Many would rather medicate than investigate.

They told themselves they didn’t have time.

That coaching wasn’t for them. That supplements don’t work. That change is complicated.

BUT, BIOLOGY IS NOT COMPLICATED.

When men understand what is actually happening metabolically, and when they are given a clear, structured plan, they execute.

The transformation is visible quickly. Clearer eyes. Sharper afternoons. Better muscle tone. Renewed interest in life. A shift from passive patient to active strategist.

The men I work with are typically 45+. Business owners. Professionals. Responsible for others. They fear irrelevance more than illness.

“If I lose my edge, I lose my power.”

When blood sugar is chronically elevated, performance drops. When stress chemistry stays high, the liver keeps releasing glucose. When sleep fragments, cognition follows. This isn’t aging. It’s physiology.

After twenty-five years in the trenches, reading the science, watching the trends, and observing thousands of real people, one truth became clear:

MOST PERFORMANCE DECLINE IS REVERSIBLE.

My role is NOT to rescue them. It is to show them the biological levers that restore that edge. To simplify complex science. To remove excuses. To replace medication dependency with metabolic competence wherever possible and appropriate.

If you’ve decided that “Good Enough Is Not An Option” and you are prepared to optimize for the long game, this is your call to action.
